Fist we develop your personalised buying profile. We tap into our networks to access properties that match your buying profile, including ones that the weekend buyer might never see. We do all the searching, filtering, inspecting and assessing. Then we negotiate the contract. You don’t have to waste time looking at hundreds of properties on the net that don’t match. You don’t need to traipse around viewing properties at inconvenient times, or field calls from sales agents that won’t give up.
Our service includes the below (see website navigation for more detail on each step):
- Property investment plan (investors only). We identify what passive income you want to achieve and set a realistic strategy for getting there
- Profile. We understand your individual wants and needs and overlay them on our research to develop a very specific buying profile
- Search. Based on your buying profile we begin seraching and filtering for properties that fit your profile.
- Negotiate. When we find properties that fit your profile we conduct the negotiation these properties. In the case of the turn key solution, when you engage us we keep negotiation until we have a property under contract
- Due diligence management. WE coordinate all the due diligence, interpret it and renegotiate the contract if we think appropriate.
